The education model developed by the School of EMS is designed to be modified to fit the needs of those we educate. The School of EMS works with employers such as Fire Departments, EMS Services and other industries to develop a program that fits their needs and utilize highly trained personal to assist in the education of their employees. In some instances, this opportunity leads to a partnership with those employers and team to assist with the model developed amongst the two entities. Our Team works hard to ensure students not only master the didactic portion of the course, we also work to ensure that each student can potentially complete all clinical and field internship locally. Our modified schedule and hours allow employers to cut down on overtimes and the need to backfill shifts thus saving valuable budget funds.
Another Opportunity that employers are able to take advantage of with School of EMS is an apprenticeship model- we have teamed up with Compass Military Group for this opportunity.

Compass Military Services sponsors pre-established Registered Apprenticeship programs to help solve these problems. The apprenticeship system also links your organization with apprentice candidates (employees), coordinates department. of Labor wage reimbursements funds, and manages all administrative requirements.
