SUCCESS IN ACTION

Student Spotlight: Chayton A.
| |
Chayton has a great attitude. He is often one of the first to try to answer a question or jump in to try a new skill. I notice he also is first to help others. I think he has a lot of great qualities and I've loved having him in my class. Cohort - TPA-40-EB-B3-O-25 Lab Location: Tampa, FL

LAB REPORT
Where Readiness is Built.
Live labs operated at high volume across EMT and Paramedic programs.
Hundreds of students attended sessions, and required skill documentation was audited at scale. Certification card courses were delivered consistently to support progression and credentialing.
EMT cohorts achieved exceptional final lab outcomes, and paramedic students demonstrated strong performance across practical and oral evaluations.
Weather-related disruptions were rescheduled without long-term progression delays. Newly implemented SOE Lab Protocols are now standardized across lab environments.

CHIEF'S CORNER
More than education....a message from our COO.
"In EMS, we prepare students to operate in unpredictable environments. Education should function the same way.
January tested flexibility across several regions. Labs were adjusted, clinical schedules shifted, and teams adapted without compromising standards. That responsiveness reflects operational maturity and professional accountability.
Growth across EMT, Paramedic, and Advanced EMT programs continues. With growth comes responsibility to maintain consistency, communication, and oversight.
Our focus remains clear. Strengthen infrastructure, expand clinical partnerships, and ensure students are supported from enrollment to registry.
Thank you for your continued trust in our programs and personnel."
